Eagle Eye Solutions (Eagle Eye), a SaaS-based provider enabling one-to-one performance marketing is partnering with personalised deals provider, RevLifter. The partnership enables retailers to deliver personalised offers in real time based on how customers browse their websites. These offers, powered by Eagle Eye's digital marketing AIR platform, can then be redeemed by the customer, whether they choose to do so either online or when in store.
Integrating their two platforms will add new best-in-class performance marketing and personalisation capabilities for retail, leisure and hospitality operators where fewer than 10% of senior marketers said they deploy personalisation beyond digital channels in a systematic way.1

RevLifter uses machine learning and real-time data to both enhance the digital customer experience and add value to the retailer, who use its technology to increase conversion and drive incremental sales through targeted and personalised digital offers. RevLifter analyses millions of data points on a variety of factors, including the weather, geo-location and previous purchases (if known), to dynamically serve each customer with the most relevant offer or reward incentive. RevLifter serves personalised offers to millions of online shopping baskets per day.
