We enjoyed presentations from a range of industry leading speakers including Florence Diss from Google, Clare Birkin from Casual Dining Group, Benni Lickfett from Diageo, Simon Andrews from The Media Kitchen, and of course our very own Steve Rothwell, Tim Mason and Sir Terry Leahy. There were some fantastic discussions, and we hope that those who attended enjoyed it as much as we did.

The launch of our latest whitepaper at the event marked the release of our exciting new research into the world of personalisation, with our findings highlighting the importance of relevance and convenience in creating personalised relationships with customers.
