Eagle Eye and Wireless Social Sign Exclusive Partnership Agreement

Eagle Eye and Wireless Social to deliver real-time digital promotions and loyalty proposition to Food & Beverage operators.

Eagle Eye Solutions, a leading SaaS technology company, transforming marketing by creating digital connections that enable personalised performance marketing in real time, has partnered with Wireless Social, a leading social guest Wi-Fi hotspot provider to the Hospitality industry, to deliver a pre-integrated solution to their joint Food & Beverage customers.

Wireless Social provides its innovative guest Wi-Fi hotspot, guest engagement solutions and visitor analytics to a number of leading UK Hospitality brands and is working with Eagle Eye to offer a joint customer proposition by integrating its Wi-Fi data and guest insights with the Eagle Eye AIR platform.

The integration between the two parties means that Wireless Social customers will for the first time be able to use its targeted guest engagement capabilities to deliver relevant promotions to customers that are redeemable immediately at the point of sale. Delivered using the operator’s CRM system, Wireless Social’s guest Wi-Fi and Eagle Eye’s AIR platform, which manages unique coupon code issuance through to redemption, the proposition enables the timely delivery of digital coupons, gift vouchers and loyalty cards to consumers to increase sales and footfall and boost customer insight across their outlets. The reporting capability of Wireless Social also gives operators full visibility of campaign effectiveness by tracking the number of additional repeat visits generated over time as a result.
