After studying History & Politics at Durham University, Senior began a career in advertising that has spanned 30 years.
In 1998, Senior founded Fallon London with four partners and together they grew the business to a 190 person strong multi award-winning agency, named Campaign Magazine’s Agency of the Year in 2006 and 2007.
The Partners sold Fallon London to the Publicis Groupe in 2006, prompting Seniors move to its sibling agency Saatchi & Saatchi where he held positions as UK CEO, CEO of EMEA and Worldwide CEO. He also chaired the Worldwide Creative Board from 2011. In January 2017 Senior announced his departure from Saatchi & Saatchi to “step into the void of discovery”, and is currently enjoying its variety.
Senior has been a guest lecturer at the London Business School and the London School of Economics, and is currently a guest lecturer at Durham University and Loughborough University, as well as being part of the Speakers for Schools programme. Senior sits on the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Business Advisory Board and the V&A Advisory Board.
