Thank you to everyone that joined us at our event at Landing Forty Two on 30th November 2017. The afternoon focused on the phenomenon of personalisation and the role of data and digital channels in creating connected customer experiences. We enjoyed presentations from a range of industry leading speakers including Florence Diss from Google, Clare Birkin from Casual Dining Group, Benni Lickfett from Diageo, Simon Andrews from The Media Kitchen, and of course our very own Steve Rothwell, Tim Mason and Sir Terry Leahy.
