Eagle Eye launches initiative to help hospitality operators collect guest contact details for NHS Text and Trace service

Following today’s Government announcement that hospitality operators can re-open from 4th July,  Eagle Eye Solutions, the loyalty and promotions technology provider, has announced an important new initiative to help operators collect guests’ contact details for NHS text and trace to respond to local outbreaks.

Eagle Eye will provide an operator branded landing page for guests to securely register their contact details when they enter a venue. In return guests will receive a unique code that can be redeemed as part of a transaction when purchasing food and drink in the venue as evidence of registration. The data can be stored by the operator and provided to the NHS test and trace service if the need arises.

These operator landing pages will be powered by Eagle Eye’s AIR platform which will manage the secure issuance and redemption of the codes. Eagle Eye offers a range of methods for operators to redeem the codes from Point Of Sale (POS) integration to web-based solutions.
