Eagle Eye and Sprout CRM partner to create a one-stop hospitality marketing solution for customer acquisition and loyalty

Eagle Eye Solutions, the SaaS-based provider enabling one-to-one performance marketing is partnering with marketing automation provider Sprout CRM to enable hospitality operators to leverage customer data for loyalty and promotional campaigns.

The partnership gives hospitality operators the ability to aggregate and enrich customer data to enhance customer profiles and increase customer engagement and loyalty.

Eagle Eye’s AIR platform enables marketeers to bridge online and offline marketing using unique voucher codes that can be securely redeemed at the point-of-sale within operator venues. Operators using the AIR platform can set up promotional campaigns for food and drink offers and track voucher redemptions in real time.

Sprout's CRM platform allows brands to aggregate their data via multiple data channels, segment and manage that data and ultimately leverage the data via a number of communication tools including email, SMS and automated triggered campaigns. The platform allows brands to drive strong engagement, combined with targeting the right message, giving a reason to visit / purchase, at the right time, therefore generating long-term loyalty and advocacy. Sprout's group hierarchy capability also allows multi-site, multi-brand, multi-lingual operators to manage their marketing communications centrally as well as giving the ability for venues to manage their campaigns locally should they wish.
