The afternoon focused on the importance of digital in creating connections with customers - you can read our event summary and watch the highlights.
We went bigger and better this year, starting off with e
xclusive workshops with guest speakers Matt Wheeler from Driftrock, Paul Wickers from huggg and Andy Hill from Startle. These were followed by a thought-provoking keynote from Dave Coplin, CEO of Envisioners, and presentations from our very own Tim Mason and
Steve Rothwell, plus networking, drinks and bowling.
We also launched our new Purple Paper on the day - 'The Digital Imperative: Harnessing the power of 'now' with performance-driven marketing'. The paper is based upon our UK and international research into the impact of digital on consumer shopping behaviour and marketing engagement. You can download the Purple Paper here
