Having extensive experience as an analyst, journalist and editor specializing in enterprise technology use in retail, Miya has a thorough understanding of the demands and challenges faced by retailers and the digital technologies that can best support their needs, as well as comprehensive knowledge and understanding of retail technology vendor market trends, making her perfectly positioned to help take our marketing proposition to the market.
Prior to joining us, Miya was Global Technology Research Director at Planet Retail, and a Senior Research Analyst with IDC Retail Insights, having edited Retail Technology magazine for 10 years, which she also now owns and publishes. Miya is consistently ranked as one of the industry top ranked retail technology influencers, and has recently appeared on the BBC, ITN and Sky News.
