Customer Care

the role

The role of the Customer Care is to be the contact point for all issues that are raised in Eagle Eye, both from internal and external clients.

The role will be part of the Customer Care team whose responsibility is to deliver a first-class service to the customers.

To be a product expert within the business on the Eagle Eye solutions.

This role shall involve weekend work (one day in 2 out of 4 weekend) with either an early 9pm—5:30pm or late shift 2pm—10:30pm with option to work from home.
