Comtrex have integrated the Eagle Eye AIR platform into their existing electronic point of sale enabling real-time redemption of digital offers and valuable customer insight to merchants.
EPOS specialists, Comtrex Systems have announced a partnership with digital consumer engagement experts Eagle Eye Solutions. Their platform, Eagle Eye AIR, allows merchants to easily connect with potential and existing customers to deliver relevant offers, rewards and services that can be redeemed securely through any point of sale.
Following a successful engagement supporting the Tesco Clubcard Boost programme with high street brands such as Zizzi, Prezzo and Ask,the EPOS provider expanded the Eagle Eye AIR platforminto all existing points of sale. Based on the results of current merchants using this programme, switching from paper to digital vouchers will see a quick ROI including a reduction in operational costs, the elimination of fraud and an improved customer experience.
As well as digital coupons and eGift vouchers, the platform also enables incentive schemes such as mobile loyalty rewards, prepaid accounts, customer care vouchers, social gifting, staff rewards, PayPal in-store and much more.
Merchants are able to easily set up the campaign criteria such as offer period, redemption levels, location or region and can track and adapt via the campaign reporting capability that Eagle Eye AIR provides. The platform enables real time validation providing merchants with improved insights into consumer activity which can be used in future digital marketing campaigns to personalise offers.
