Blockbuster and T-Mobile Loyalty Campaign
Introduction
After the success of their first campaign with Eagle Eye Solutions, Blockbusters wanted to engage with new customer bases through innovative mechanics. Separately, T-Mobile required the ability to provide loyalty services to its subscribers through 3rd party offers and services.

Solution
An exclusive weekly promotion was created, targeted at all T-Mobile Customers. The media campaign ran across mobile, TV, print and outdoor sites.
Customer were invited to text the words ‘NIGHT IN’ to 3000 to request a mobile coupon. From there, Eagle Eye created a unique code which was inserted into the mobile coupon in order to identify usage, and then sent this back in an SMS message.
Once the customer received the coupon, they were able to use it in any Blockbuster store simply by entering the code into the chip & PIN machine.
